Today, education has sadly become a commercial enterprise, with many schools charging lakhs without offering real quality or meaningful values. Schools create heavy financial pressure on parents through admission fees, monthly fees, and frequent additional charges. This not only strains a family's budget but also adds constant stress throughout the academic year. NexGen is built on a simple principle education must never be treated as a business.

Our aim is to provide the environment, infrastructure, and learning quality that parents expect from premium institutions but with a transparent and parent-friendly fee structure. There are absolutely no hidden charges. We also ensure that books, uniforms, and essential materials are never used for profit; they are offered only at fair and reasonable prices. Dr. Kumar's extraordinary impact has been recognized at the highest national levels, including the top honor, the National Teachers Award 2025, presented by the Hon'ble President of India, Smt. Draupadi Murmu. He also holds the CBSE National Teachers Award 2020 and a prestigious National Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Currently the Senior Master & HOD, Life Sciences, at Sainik School Nalanda, Dr. Kumar brings over 27 years of unparalleled experience, coupled with dual Ph.D.s in Life Sciences and Educational Psychology. His expertise is vital, especially through his extensive national roles as an Ambassador NEP, a Regional Mentor of Change for NITI Aayog's Atal Tinkering Labs, and a key Tele-Counsellor for the Ministry of Education's MANODARPAN.

His mentorship ensures that our curriculum, teaching methodologies, and student support systems are built upon nationally recognized best practices, guaranteeing the highest standard of academic and psychological guidance for every student.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

NEXGEN Base School is honored to be led by our Managing Director, Hon Capt Rakesh Kumar Singh (Retd). A distinguished veteran of the Indian Army, Captain Singh brings 28 years of exemplary service, marked by leadership in high-pressure environments including Kargil, Galwan (Leh Ladakh), and Srinagar. His extensive military background as a Section and Platoon Commander has instilled in him an unwavering commitment to discipline, security, and strategic excellence.

A highly decorated officer, he has been awarded the Army Commander Commendation Card and multiple Prasanasa Patras for his meritorious service. At NEXGEN, Captain Singh translates his vast experience into creating a safe, structured, and child-friendly campus. His vision is to cultivate an environment rooted in strong values, where rigorous operational standards meet a nurturing culture, empowering every student to become their best self.

FOUNDER PRINCIPAL

Dr. Kusum Tiwari is an accomplished educationist and dynamic school leader with over a decade of rich experience in academic administration and institutional development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA – Finance). To strengthen her foundation in education, she has also completed D.El.Ed, B.Ed, and a PhD in Financial Management.

With extensive experience as a Founder Principal, Head Mistress, School Coordinator, and Assistant Professor in management programs, Dr. Tiwari brings a balanced blend of academic excellence, leadership, and strategic vision to the institution. Her deep understanding of CBSE norms, NEP 2020, and learner-centric pedagogy has played a significant role in building strong academic systems and a positive school culture.

Dr. Tiwari firmly believes that education is not merely about academic achievement but about nurturing values, discipline, creativity, and lifelong learning. Under her leadership, the school strives to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to explore their potential and grow into a responsible global citizen.
